There is an one-off set up charge for Home Reporter and then annual licence fees which depend on the number of reports you require and the number of surveyors in your practice.

The set up charge is £60.00 for a single surveyor or £80.00 for a multi-surveyor practice.

The annual licence fees are shown in the table below.
